To comply with the regulations set during the COVID-19 pandemic and to do our part to protect our tenants, vendors and employees, there will be no public access to our office until further notice. 

Tenants who come to the office to pay rent may drop their checks or money orders in the mail slot located in our office front door.  No cash payments will be accepted. If you drop a cash payment in the door slot, we will not accept any responsibility for missing cash as there is no way to confirm it was dropped or receipted. Tenants who have cash will need to obtain a money order to pay their rent. Money orders can be purchased at many local places such as the post office, 7-11, Wal-Mart, etc.  Please make sure your name and lease address is clearly written on your payment to ensure it is credited to the proper account.

Tenants who pay by mailing in checks and/or ACH/wire, will continue as normal.
